The Carmens’ Annual Golf Day will take place at the magnificent Cuddington Golf Course set in the heart of the Surrey countryside when players will be competing for:
The Bruce Owen Trophy (Carmen’s Cup)
and
The Fan Makers’ Inter Livery Cup
Both competitions are for teams of four. Those who cannot make a full team up will be placed into teams of four if possible. The Carmen’s Cup can be won by any team. The current holders are team “Robert Pawson” (left).
The Fan Makers’ Cup can only be won by teams made up of Liverymen or Freemen. The current holders are the “Carmen Company”.
There will also be individual prizes for Carmen and guests as well as prizes for nearest the pin and longest drive. The Master presented The Veterans Trophy to Hugh Lavers (right) and The Politzer Cup to Robert Pawson (left).
Please complete the attached registration form with details of your team members, and return this as soon as possible. Entry fee is £100 per person (£400 per team of 4). Payment details are shown on the registration form.
Fee for Members of Cuddington Golf Club or non-playing guests staying for lunch is £65.
The entry fee includes coffee/bacon roll on arrival, golf, a two-course lunch in the Clubhouse after your round, and presentations.
Singles, doubles, and threesomes are also very welcome and will be placed into teams of four for the team competitions.
The competition will commence at 9.00am and you are advised to arrive at least an hour before this to allow time to have a coffee and get ready.
Acceptance will be on a first come basis.
Jacket and tie (or equivalent) for lunch please.
No mobile phones on the course or in the clubhouse please!
