Booking for Cart Marking is NOW OPEN!

This year’s parade will have over 50 vehicles from ancient to modern, handcarts, horses and carts, steam-driven vehicles to electric, solar-powered and hydrogen vehicles.  The Livery Masters of the Carmen and Glovers will brand the vehicles in an age old-tradition going back over 500 years.

The parade and branding in the Guildhall Yard are free for the general public and Carmen to watch and enjoy.

Following the parade, there will be a sparkling Reception in the old Library and adjoining Print Room (once home to 126,000 books) and a three course lunch in the Great Hall follow inside the impressive, Grade 1 listed Guildhall and home to the City of London Corporation and still the centre of government in the City of London.  

Tickets are priced at £145 and the deadline date for applications is Friday 10 July 2026.

Places will only be confirmed once payment has been received.  Direct Debits will be taken on Friday 10 July 2026.

Tickets will be issued. Please contact the Clerk if you have not received confirmation or a ticket by Friday 10 July 2026.
